We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to be the voice of influence and to lead the marketing team at Mind PointEye. The successful candidate will be responsible for the acceleration of sales through implementing successful marketing campaigns and developing a strategy to execute all external communications, driving Mind PointEye's brand awareness.

• Assign account codes, allocation for transactions in financial accounting system

• Assist in preparing cost flow, profit and loss analysis

• Assist in the balance sheet analysis and bank reconciliation process

• Assist in the budgeting for forecasting weekly & monthly cash flow

• Prepare accruals, prepayments and journals

• Deadlines to achieve for month-end closing and journal posting ensure accurately compliance with standard financial records and statements set by the management

• Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals

• Compile relevant business documentation and filing system are put in place

• Keeping good filing system to maintain recorded files are easily trace and track

• Daily data entry accurately and timely into the financial accounting system

• Keep good internal controls of admin and accounting work

• Performance and update of weekly & monthly inventory stock in and out transacted record in financial accounting system

• Record transactions and events relating to assets, sales, purchases, receivables, payables and petty cash

• Submission for approval to retrieve and edit transacted error records from financial accounting system and pass journal entry for management signatory

• Adhoc accounts/admin duties as per assigned by supervisor
