Designed to play the vital role of a surrogate employer, HR Powerbank aims to cater to diverse groups, including Persons with Disabilities, PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians), and the Silver Generation. By offering essential HR services, HR Powerbank serves as a reliable outsourcing solution for companies seeking to streamline their HR administrative tasks.

The driving force behind the HR Powerbank Shared Services model is to address a significant market gap prevalent in the workforce, where HR professional services often fall short. By establishing HR Centralised Shared Services, manned by trained HR administrators from diverse backgrounds, the initiative aims to elevate the standard of HR practices in companies. Consequently, this not only empowers the companies to better focus on their core operations but also unlocks their potential by alleviating the burden of stretched resources.
