HR Powerbank
HR Powerbank, launched by President Halimah Yacob on October 15, 2021, during the HCS-SG Enable Masterclass, is an initiative by HCS and its partners to provide essential HR services to diverse groups, including Persons with Disabilities, PMETs, and the Silver Generation. Acting as a surrogate employer, it offers companies an efficient HR outsourcing solution through a centralized hub staffed by trained administrators. By addressing gaps in HR services, HR Powerbank enhances HR standards, allowing businesses to focus on core operations while fostering a more inclusive and efficient workforce ecosystem.
The Next WorkforceX @ HR Powerbank
The HR Powerbank initiative, called The Next WorkforceX, is a programme designed to empower persons with disabilities to excel in the workplace today. The initiative manages the entire employment process, from training and onboarding to job placement, ensuring a seamless transition into fulfilling careers.
The launch of Next WorkforceX @ HR Powerbank powered by Welliba was attended by Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and Ministry of Social and Family Development and witnessed by Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Heng Swee Keat, on 15 October 2024 at the Enabling Mark Award Ceremony organised by SG Enable.
