Stewarding Supervisor

  • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all chinaware, glassware and silverware as well as cooking utensils and equipment in the kitchen.

  • Maintains the level of detergent feeding and checks the pre-wash and rinse temperatures of the dishwashing machine.

  • Keeps stock of clean operating equipment

  • Distributes all cleaned operating equipment to the respective kitchens.

  • Cleans the workstation, dishwashing equipment, kitchen utensils, kitchen floor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the surrounding areas.

  • Polishes all silverware to maintain the lustre.

  • Ensures that the dishwashing machine is in good working condition.

  • Reports any malfunction of equipment to the Steward Supervisor.

  • Assists in buffet setup and clearance of equipment.

  • Assists in transporting the kitchen stock to the various kitchens.

  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management
