Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all chinaware, glassware and silverware as well as cooking utensils and equipment in the kitchen.
Maintains the level of detergent feeding and checks the pre-wash and rinse temperatures of the dishwashing machine.
Keeps stock of clean operating equipment
Distributes all cleaned operating equipment to the respective kitchens.
Cleans the workstation, dishwashing equipment, kitchen utensils, kitchen floor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the surrounding areas.
Polishes all silverware to maintain the lustre.
Ensures that the dishwashing machine is in good working condition.
Reports any malfunction of equipment to the Steward Supervisor.
Assists in buffet setup and clearance of equipment.
Assists in transporting the kitchen stock to the various kitchens.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management
