Manage contractual and costing matters, such as verifying invoices for payment, assessing contractors' claims for variation works, extension of time, loss and expense, final account and handling of contractual disputes.
Based on information provided, update variation in claims, projects handover dates
Submit and monitor Monthly and final project claims
Ensuring proper filing and storage of related documents (e.g., certificates, variation orders, Engineer's Instructions, Statements of Final Account, etc.).Obtain Monthly Progress Reports by deadline.Reporting to Tenders & Contracts Manager
Prepare Tender submission, handle progress claims/payment, VO & finalized project
Invite sub-contractors/suppliers for quotations, compilation ensuring quotations are in compliance with specifications & drawings
Good in studying/understanding tender specifications and drawings
Liaise & establish rapport with consultant, contractors, etc on certification of claims for payment

Diploma/Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration or a relevant discipline
You must possess with minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in construction.
You should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, a good team player and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
